AVIATION veteran Tony Kirkhope is offering a free flight tour around Melbourne to seven lucky raffle winners, at a community fete on this weekend. The pilot, who has been in business for 40 years, will take the winners up in a Piper twin engine plane from Moorabbin airport. Kirkhope Aviation has called the airport home for about 15 years, after moving from Essendon.
